Automated schedules
Schedules run automatically in the background. A "Builds a game" schedule assembles a fresh game each week and emails it to you — ready to run without logging in. A "Writes questions" schedule keeps your library stocked so you never run low.

Schedules are created by your administrator. Once set up, they'll appear here and you can run them on demand or pause them.
Game format & instructions
A format defines how a game night is built — the rounds, how many questions each has, and the difficulty band per round. Edit these to control what the generator pulls in (e.g. Round 1 easy, Round 2 medium–hard).

App connections (API keys)
Keys let other apps — like Claude Desktop or custom scripts — connect to your Banzai workspace. A read-only key can search and view content. A read & write key can also create and modify content. Copy the key when you create it — it's only shown once.
